Open Access Policy

International Journal of New Trends in Education and Social Sciences (IJTESS) is an international, open access, peer-reviewed and electronic journal that started its publication life in 2024 and published 4 times a year. In this context, it has become a party to the Budapest Open Access Movement (BOAI). According to BOAI, Open Access is "[peer-reviewed scientific literature] freely accessible, readable, downloadable, copied, distributed, printed, scanned, linked to full texts, indexed, exported as data to software and used for any legal purpose, without financial, legal and technical barriers, via the Internet". Quotations from the journal and articles published in the journal must be cited in accordance with the rules of scientific ethics in terms of journal and author rights.
