Features of artificial intelligence such as learning, making predictions, solving problems, adapting to conditions, adapting to language and experiences directly contribute to the management of knowledge in education and the education process. Artificial intelligence is used in education as intelligent, adaptive or personalized learning systems. These systems take the educational experience of students, teachers and families to a different dimension. It also helps teachers track student progress, evaluate their performance, and improve their teaching processes. Artificial intelligence can also predict future student performance using big data analytics and predictive models. This helps teachers to provide students with customized feedback and set learning goals. However, the use of artificial intelligence in education can present some ethical and social problems.
